We are recruiting a Customer Sales and Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in Waterlooville. This is a varied and engaging role combining account management, order processing, customer support, and administration.
You will be working in a friendly, supportive team environment where ongoing training and development are a priority. If you are confident on the phone, organised, and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, this could be a great opportunity for you.
The Role:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries from businesses
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing product and pricing information
- Follow up with customers to ensure order details are complete and correct
- Proactively calling customers to provide updates and resolve issues quickly
- Create and update quotations, including volume, quantities, and technical specs
- Match invoices to delivery notes and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor stock levels and arrange deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and willingness to proactively contact customers
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers and pricing calculations (full training provided)
- A team player who can also manage their workload independently
- Solid IT skills, including experience using email and CRM/order processing systems
Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (flexible start/finish times within this window)
- Early finish on Fridays (on a rota, if working compressed hours)
- Office-based – no weekend work
- Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience
