The Role
You’ll be speaking with business customers in a more consultative, relationship-focused environment, where quality of service and attention to detail are key. You’ll play an important part in managing customer orders, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from business customers in a professional and personable manner
- Managing and processing customer orders accurately
- Responding to queries relating to products, services, and account information
- Preparing and providing detailed quotations
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to email enquiries
- Making follow-up calls regarding orders, quotations, and ongoing service queries
- Investigating and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Completing general administrative duties, including updating internal systems
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
