A friendly, family-run engineering business in Havant is looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their small team in a varied front-of-house and administrative role. The Role:
As the face of the company, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential admin support to the wider team. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, and preparing refreshments
- Handling incoming calls and messages, including via tannoy to contact workshop staff
- Processing orders and documentation using SAGE (experience preferred)
- Creating delivery notes
- Scanning and emailing documents to suppliers and customers
- Supporting the workshop with follow-ups, paperwork, and general admin
- Assisting colleagues with other administrative tasks as required
