We're recruiting for an On-Site Event Support Technician to join a high profile AV support team based at a prestigious client headquarters in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology led environment delivering polished, professional live events every day. You'll be hands-on with event production, audio-visual systems, and video conferencing, supporting everything from internal meetings to large-scale broadcasts. If you thrive on customer interaction, technical problem solving, and live event energy, this role is for you.

The Role:

  • Deliver on-site event production and AV support in a corporate environment
  • Set up, adjust, operate and strike audio-visual and video conferencing equipment
  • Support live events, meetings, broadcasts, streaming and conferencing sessions
  • Work closely with event owners and stakeholders to ensure smooth, successful delivery
  • Operate AV systems confidently in live environments
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly under pressure
  • Explain AV services clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Understand and communicate AV signal flow and processing
  • Support Microsoft Teams and presentation platforms
  • Assist with staging, setup and teardown of AV equipment
  • Maintain safe working practices during and after events
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service

The Person:

  • 3 years plus experience in event support or corporate AV
  • Strong experience with live events, conferencing and streaming
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer-facing skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Comfortable lifting AV equipment
  • PC and Mac literate with solid Microsoft Office knowledge

Working pattern:

Monday – Friday, covering 07:00 – 19:00. Shift patterns: 07:00 – 15:30 or 10:30 – 19:00. Flexibility to support evenings and weekends when required.
