We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established London-based AV integrator looking for a naturally personable Account Manager to join a collaborative, supportive team and take responsibility for nurturing client relationships and developing opportunities in a thoughtful, relationship-led way.
This role suits someone who is good with people, someone clients trust, enjoy dealing with, and want to work with long-term.
The Role
You will work closely with a highly supportive internal team of designers, engineers and project managers, acting as the main commercial point of contact for clients and ensuring opportunities are clearly understood and smoothly handed over. If you are newer to AV or project-led environments, there is structured support and the opportunity to learn by shadowing experienced colleagues. This is a role where success comes from listening well, communicating clearly, and following through.
What You Will Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for commercial and early stage project conversations
- Understanding client needs and coordinating internally to shape clear scopes
- Working closely with design and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Staying engaged through delivery to support client satisfaction and future work
- Identifying new opportunities through ongoing client relationships
What We Are Looking For
- A natural people person who builds rapport easily
- Comfortable managing multiple relationships and conversations
- Enjoys working collaboratively rather than aggressively selling
- Takes pride in doing things properly and representing the business well
Experience in AV, technology, fit-out, construction or other project-based environments is helpful, but not essential.
Why This Role?
- Supportive, team-oriented working environment
- Strong technical and delivery teams around you
- Clear earning potential without high-pressure sales culture
- Long-term opportunity with room to grow
Salary & Package
Base salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. Uncapped commission, laptop, phone, pension and standard benefits.
