A well-established, product-led business with a genuinely supportive and creative culture is recruiting for a Social Media Product Marketing Executive. The team works closely together, ideas are encouraged, and collaboration is part of everyday life. Staff turnover is very low, and people enjoy working here, stay long-term, and take pride in what they do. Opportunities to join the marketing team are rare, making this a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
This is a hands-on yet strategic role working across three distinct brands, marketing physical products to both trade professionals and end consumers. You won't just be posting content; you'll help shape channel direction, plan campaigns around product launches, and use performance insights to continuously refine activity. You'll have real ownership of organic social media while being supported by an experienced marketing team around you. This role would suit someone who enjoys marketing tangible products rather than services and who understands how to engage both professional trade audiences and end consumers in a creative, commercially aware way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of planning and shaping social media activity across three brands
- Developing and delivering product-led social campaigns aligned with launches and commercial priorities
- Managing and growing organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and X)
- Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video content that showcases product features and brand positioning
- Translating trade-focused messaging into compelling consumer-facing content
- Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms
- Supporting paid social and remarketing campaigns
- Monitoring trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Tracking performance, reporting on results and optimising campaigns based on insight
- Attending photoshoots to capture product and behind-the-scenes content
- Supporting influencer collaborations as the role develops
The Person:
- Experience managing social media for a product-based brand
- Strong short-form video creation and editing skills
- Confident planning campaigns, not just scheduling posts
- Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools
- Some exposure to paid social advertising and remarketing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close, supportive environment
This is a rare opportunity to join a creative, product-led business where people are valued, ideas are encouraged, and long-term careers are built.
