We are currently seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Executive on behalf of a fantastic brand-led business with a genuinely supportive and creative culture. The team works closely together, ideas are encouraged, and collaboration is part of everyday life. People enjoy working here, stay long-term, and take pride in what they do. Opportunities to join the marketing team are rare, making this a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.
This is a hands-on yet strategic role working across a number of brands, marketing brands and products to both trade professionals and end consumers. You won't just be posting content; you'll help shape channel direction, plan campaigns around product launches, and use performance insights to continuously refine activity. You'll have real ownership of organic social media while being supported by an experienced marketing team around you. This role would suit someone who enjoys marketing brand and products rather than services and who understands how to engage both professional trade audiences and end consumers in a creative, commercially aware way.
- Taking ownership of planning and shaping social media activity for different brands
- Developing and delivering product-led social campaigns aligned with launches and commercial priorities
- Managing and growing organic social channels
- Creating, filming and editing engaging short-form video content that showcases product features and brand positioning
- Translating trade-focused messaging into compelling consumer-facing content
- Managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms
- Supporting paid social and remarketing campaigns
- Monitoring trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Tracking performance, reporting on results and optimising campaigns based on insight
- Attending photoshoots to capture product and behind-the-scenes content
- Supporting influencer collaborations as the role develops
This role requires a commercially minded marketer who is comfortable working with data, reporting on performance, and making decisions based on insight, not just focusing on content creation.
- Proven experience working within an in-house marketing team, managing social media for a brand led brand
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting and performance optimisation
- Confident interpreting data and using insights to refine campaigns and improve results
- Experience planning and executing product-led campaigns aligned with commercial objectives
- Comfortable creating short-form content where required, but with a primary focus on performance and growth
- Experience using scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exposure to paid social advertising and remarketing
- Organised, commercially aware and confident taking ownership
This is a rare opportunity to join a creative business where people are valued, ideas are encouraged, and long-term careers are built.
