We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our client in Waterlooville. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails from a diverse customer base, including regular, legacy, and new business clients. You will take accurate order information, provide technical product details, and prepare precise pricing and quotations. This position is not outbound sales, but focuses on delivering excellent service and maintaining strong, ongoing customer relationships.
