RAFAKidz Odiham is seeking an Early Years Coordinator – Quality Lead to strengthen and grow the quality of care across RAFAKidz nurseries. You’ll work with the Nursery Management team to coach staff, align practice with EYFS and Ofsted guidance, and implement high-quality learning environments.
The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate, with experience as Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
