You can expect to be fully "hands on" to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting at RAFAKidz London, located in a VIP establishment in the heart of Westminster. Our team is small, friendly, and dedicated to providing unique learning experiences for every child.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Fully hands-on in creating a stimulating nursery setting.
- Experienced Room Leader or Level 3 Practitioner, ready for a new challenge.
- Member of the management team and a role model for staff.
- Encourage and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their learning journey toward qualifications.
- Minimum one year’s experience at a Level 3 position in an early years environment.
- Strong understanding of EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
