Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 21 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.

A typical day in a Level 3 role will include:
- Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
- Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
- Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
- Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
