Position Summary
You will be working closely with Annie, our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. Your responsibilities include supporting the manager, leading staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for children. You will also step in as interim manager during holidays or absences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong knowledge of Early Years education, with appropriate qualifications.
- Previous experience in a deputy or management role.
- Confidence in undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role when required.
- Must be able to prove continuous residency in the UK for the previous five years.
