We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates.
A typical day in a Level 3 role will include:
- Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
- Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
- Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
- Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

Our newest setting in central London is one of 21 settings in the RAFAKidz family and opened in April. Based within an exclusive VIP establishment in the heart of Westminster, a few minutes walk from Westminster and Embankment tube stations, our colleagues can benefit from an onsite café and gym. We offer a 'Cycle to Work' scheme for those wishing to travel by bike on one of the many designated cycle routes.
