RAFAKidz Marham is the newest addition to our RAFAKidz family and opened in September and is a hugely popular nursery with a growing waiting list for families to come and join us. The setting has circa 80 colleagues who support up to 335 children including our busy before and after school club. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.
About you
As our Chef, you will have lots of stamina, patience, creativityand imagination withan abundanceof great ideas to enhancemealtimes.The key responsibilities of the role include theplanning, preparation and serving of age appropriate,nutritiousandwell-balancedmeals and snacks catering for the children’s individualdietaryrequirementsand food allergies. You will be responsible for the ordering, control, storage and rotation of kitchen stock and ensuring that you and Kitchen Assistantsensure hygiene andcleanlinesswithin the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance withEnvironmentalHealthrequirementsand legislation.A minimum Level 3 qualification in food hygiene is an essential requirement along withexcellent knowledge of current legislations in Environmental Health and Food Standards Agency
