Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 20 settings we create experiences that are special, unique and child focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.

About the role
Whilst previous experience within a childcare setting is desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for Casual Early Years Practitioners who have a genuine love of children, warmth, patience and a great sense of humour! A typical day in the role will include (depending on your experience):
- Being hands on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
- Helping with meals and snack times
- Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
- Maintaining highest standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene
- Meet and greet families and build great relationships
- Be willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
