Female Domiciliary Support Worker required – Start Date 22 May
Location: YO25 9UN
We are looking for 1 compassionate and reliable carer to support a service user with personal care and meal preparation.
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours:
- Wednesday Saturday mornings (7:30am – 9:30am preferred) – 30-minute shower/personal care call
- Tuesday Thursday lunchtime (12:00pm – 1:00pm preferred) – 30-minute meal preparation call
Duties Include:
- Assisting with showering and hair washing
- Supporting mobility and safety around the home
- Preparing meals and fresh vegetables
- Making sandwiches where possible
- Checking bedding and general wellbeing
The service user has severe sight impairment and limited mobility, so a caring and patient approach is essential.
