About Us

RAFAKidz Shawbury is a popular nursery with a growing waiting list. We have circa 25 colleagues and 3 bespoke age‑related play rooms. Our learning environment includes picnics, parties, outdoor learning and a holiday club for school‑age children. We provide experiences that help every child be confident and reach their full potential.

About You

As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role. You should have a minimum of 1 year nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Use the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
  • Update and maintain accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
  • Act as designated key worker for a group of children
  • Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

Qualifications

  • Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a nursery setting
  • Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • Positive and engaging professional attitude
