About us:
RAFAKidz Kinloss is the newest setting in our RAFAKidz family, opened in April 2026. With a complete refurbishment underway, around 30 colleagues look after up to 100 children who explore new extensive outdoor play areas. We also run a holiday club during summer and half‑term breaks and have a range of full‑time and part‑time qualified practitioner roles available.
About you:
You will be fully ‘hands‑on’, creating a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. As a Room Leader you are part of our management team and serve as a role model for other staff, encouraging and motivating colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their learning journey toward qualifications.
Required experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of one year’s experience at either a SCQF Level 7 or SVQ3 Children and Young People level
- Registered with the SSSC and PVG Enhanced Disclosure Programme
- At least two years of nursery experience
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Qualified Practitioner ready for your next challenge
