Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and serve age‑appropriate, nutritious and well‑balanced meals and snacks, catering for the children’s individual dietary requirements and food allergies.
- Order, control, store and rotate kitchen stock, ensuring that you and Kitchen Assistants maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen to the highest standard in accordance with Environmental Health requirements and legislation.
