Role Overview
You will work closely with the Nursery Management team to strengthen and grow the quality of care and staff. You will support coaching and mentoring, identify staff training needs and ensure high standards of training. You will create and maintain enriching and high-quality educational environments that are safe, caring and stimulating at all times.
Responsibilities
- Support coaching and mentoring of staff, helping management identify training needs
- Ensure the highest levels of staff training are provided
- Maintain safe, caring and stimulating educational environments
- Implement good quality learning opportunities in line with Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted statutory guidance
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Previous experience as Room Leader or Senior Practitioner preferred
- Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance
- Practical experience of implementing good quality learning opportunities
