Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a fully hands-on leader, creating a stimulating and exciting nursery setting.
  • Serve as part of the management team and act as a role model to other staff.
  • Encourage and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their professional development.
  • Plan children’s learning and development activities in line with EYFS learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year’s experience at a Level 3 early years position.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes.
  • Experience or qualification as a Room Leader is preferred.
