We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team based at RAF Brize Norton (OX11).
Location: Carterton, Oxfordshire, UK, OX18 3
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general office administration support
- Issuing and recording site keys
- Conducting site inductions for new personnel
- Completing and maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting office staff with the raising and closing of work orders
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (essential)
Working Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
