The Catering Supervisor is a key leadership role within the structure of RAF Biggin Hill Museum & Chapel. Responsible for designing and preparing the daily, seasonal and specials menu, this role is hands on and leads the kitchen by example. Whilst the primary function of the role is creating and serving delicious meals for our visitors, tasks will include the daily operational procedures of the catering.
