RAFAKidz Honington, located at 16 Heath Rd, RAF Honington, Bury Saint Edmunds, IP31 1LJ, is a welcoming and warm nursery. We are looking for a talented, passionate, and dedicated childcare professional to join our friendly team. Our nursery offers exciting experiences every day in a beautiful setting close to Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.

We provide experiences that help every child reach their full potential, regardless of their ability, background, or circumstances.

Role

You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ in creating a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally, you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As part of our management team, you will encourage and motivate your colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications.

You will need a minimum of one year’s experience working at a level 3 position in an early years environment and a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
