You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications. You will have a minimum of one year's experience working at a level 3 position in an early year's environment and have a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children's learning and development.
