RAFAKidz Nursery at RAF Odiham in Hook is seeking an Early Years Coordinator and Quality Lead to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team.
You will work with the Nursery Management team to coach staff, ensure EYFS and Ofsted guidance are applied, and create high-quality learning environments while supporting staff development.
This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
