Part Time Nursery Administrator at RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Leeming, The Spinney, Northallerton DL7 9NJ

16 hours per week (3 days) at £13.21 per hour.

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team. The role is busy and varied and some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems
  • Maintain organisation of paperwork and files within the nursery
  • Ordering supplies and resources
  • Issuing invoices and helping the manager manage any outstanding invoices
  • Prepare and submit data for all forms of income including local authority, grants and parent fees
  • Prepare and send out invoices, cash handling where necessary and banking
  • Assist with marketing of services including fundraising

The ideal candidate will have a solid background of varied administration experiences along with a proficient level of IT (Information Technology) skills. An understanding of the principles of safeguarding children is desirable, however this is covered in induction and ongoing training.

Our preferred hours would be worked daily between Monday and Friday; however, we can offer some flexibility to the ideal candidate.
