About our Room Leader role:
You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally, you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As well as the usual responsibilities that you would expect of this role, our Room Leaders are part of our management team and role models to other members of staff. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience working at a level 3 position in an early years environment and have a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
