RAFAKidz Digby is a hugely popular nursery with a growing waiting list for families to join. The setting has circa 30 colleagues who support up to 150 children. With 4 bespoke rooms and a large outdoor space, our RAFAKidz family are busy with picnics, parties and outdoor learning. The setting also has a busy before and after school club up to age 11. For every child that comes through our doors, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that help them be confident and reach their full potential.

About you:

As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role. We need you to have a minimum of 1 year nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. A typical day in the role will involve:

  • Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
  • Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
  • Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
