Mechanic/Vehicle technician FULL TIME (Prestwick)

Raes Auto Services is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team in our busy local independent garage/mot station. We require someone who is fully time-served, punctual, polite, and of good character. We would also consider a third -or fourth-year exceptional Apprentice who is keen to develop abilities. We are one of the few independent garages that invest heavily in diagnostic and up-to-date tooling to meet the needs of the wide range of vehicles we maintain.
You will be required to carry out all types of work on all makes and models and light commercials. A driving license and own tools are also essential. We also carry out habitation checks and maintain motorhomes, so that experience would also be of interest. Mot certification would be an advantage, but not essential.
A minimum of three years of working experience would be preferred.
working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30 am-5.00 pm. Saturday morning overtime as and when required.
