Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated, energetic and efficient Property Sales Consultant to work within our Banchory office. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team focusing on property sales and undertaking the following duties:-

Provide sound marketing guidance and advice.

Undertake property valuations and provide quotes.

Attend and note marketing particulars and arrange for “take on” properties, to be actively marketed for sale by the Firm.

Assist both colleagues and clients relative to the sale of properties marketed by the Firm, following the Firm’s policies and procedures.

From time to time, you may also be requested to attend and assist at other Branch offices.

Hours                  


35 hours per week; Monday to Friday, from 09h00 to 17h00 inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break, which shall be taken at the direction of the Firm.


There is also a requirement to work a 1 in 6 Saturday rota between 10h00 and 16h00.

In the event you work a Saturday, you shall have the following Monday off.

Qualifications & Experience 


It is essential applicants have strong demonstrable sales, administrative, organisational and client relation skills, as well as a full, clean, manual drivers licence recognised in the UK and good local knowledge.

Previous experience as a Property Consultant preferred.


Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is commensurate with experience.


In addition, we offer, a generous annual leave entitlement, plus a day for your birthday, contributory pension, Raeburns Rewards and the option to join the Firm’s Healthcare Provider.   

You will also be provided with a company motor vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
