Due to expansion, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and organised IT Manager to work within our Albyn Place office, servicing our Head Office and Branch Network. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team overseeing all IT functions of the firm, undertaking some of the following duties:-
Â
Maintaining contract register, tracking renewals.Â
Managing relations with suppliers, including IT support, Telephony, Office Equipment.
Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals.
Managing IT budgets, forecast, enforcing cost-effectiveness.
Evaluating risk, developing and maintaining network recovery and backup processes.
Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware, and roll out to staff.
Maintain Assets Register.           Â
Ensure that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations.Â
Managing ISO27001 compliance.
Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively.
Managing daily operations of network and server infrastructure.
Maintain security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as an IT Manager would be an advantage.
Experience coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Ability to identify software needs.
Organising skills vital.
Strong critical thinking skills.
The successful candidate should be motivated and well organised, with excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.Â

Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is circa £45,000 commensurate with experience.    Â
