Due to a continuing increase in volume of work, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Conveyancing Paralegal, to work within our part exchange and plot sales team as part of our Commercial Property Department, based at our Head Office in Aberdeen.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic working environment servicing house-builders and handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions.

Location Aberdeen Hours 35 Hours per week, Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 17h15 inclusive of a 1 ¼ hour lunch break.

Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal essential; The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly; A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.

Salary & Benefits The salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
