We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and personable Viewing Agent to undertake the following duties:
- Undertake viewings for our Property Sales Department.
- Assist with queries where possible on site, and communicate with the branch offices on a regular basis.
- Note feedback on the comment sheet.
- Do property checks on vacant properties. This will include taking meter readings and removing mail from the premises and reporting back to the office.
- Erect and remove For Sale signs, as and when required.
- Undertake mail runs between branches, as and when required.
- Undertake deliveries to Clients, as and when required.
- The successful applicant may also be asked to undertake minor maintenance work and attend to any other adhoc duty as required.
Location: Ellon and Inverurie
Hours: This is a job share position, with each job share partner working 21 hours per week, as follows:
- Week One: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 7pm, inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break, which shall be taken at the direction of the Firm.
- Week Two: Mondays and Tuesdays from 11am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break, which shall be taken at the direction of the Firm.
There is a specific requirement to cover your job share’s holidays.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as a Viewing Agent desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants must possess a full, clean, manual drivers licence recognised in the UK, as well as an excellent local knowledge of Aberdeenshire. Applicants must have excellent client relation and communication skills. A friendly, helpful and professional manner is essential.
Salary & Benefits: The salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
