We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and competent Conveyancing Solicitor to work within our Banchory office. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team focusing on residential work and which will involve managing your own transactions from start to finish with direct client contact.

Location: 75 High Street, Banchory.

Hours: 35 Hour Week, Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 17h00 inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor qualified in Scots Law essential.
  • Rural experience advantageous, but not essential.
  • The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems essential.

The salary for this role is commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a generous annual leave entitlement, plus a day for your birthday, contributory pension, Raeburns Rewards and the option to join the Firm’s Healthcare Provider.
