We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and organised Sales Negotiator to work within our Property Shop in Union Street. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly team focusing on Property Sales, undertaking some of the following duties:
- Assist with inquiries and participate in all aspects of the marketing of a property as provided in property department practices and procedures, when required;
- Negotiation of offers;
- Carry out general administrative and reception duties, as well as cash work;
- Schedule attendance by Property Consultants at property valuations and/or take on of properties to be marketed for sale by the Firm;
- Schedule appointments and duties for Viewing Agents;
- Liaise and assist colleagues as reasonably required, relative to the sale of properties marketed by the Firm;
- Promoting and referring clients, where appropriate, to the firm’s Financial Services Department;
- Any other adhoc duty as required.
Location: Aberdeen
Hours: 35 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 17h00
Qualifications and Experience: Experience of working in property sales preferred, along with an ability to take responsibility and evolve in the role. The successful candidate should have excellent client relation and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly. Strong sales, IT and administrative skills essential as well as a good local knowledge.
