We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and efficient Financial Services Administrator to join our busy Financial Services Department based within our Albyn Place office.

Duties shall include:

  • Assisting Advisors with processing of applications.
  • Preparation of Investment Portfolio Reports.
  • Liaising with Lenders and Investment / Pension Providers.
  • Audio typing when required.

Location: Aberdeen

Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 09.00 to 17.15 (Part Time hours of 25 hours per week may be considered).

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate should have outstanding customer relation skills, a bright and friendly disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly. Exceptional attention to detail, typing and administrative skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential. Demonstrable experience within a financial services industry preferred.

The salary for this role is commensurate with experience.
