Rae McCabe Associates is recruiting on behalf of a leading Scottish Law Firm within their busy and highly reputable Private Client team. The role exists to provide an efficient and effective support service to the Private Client Partner and Head of Office. We are looking for someone who has experience of providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support within a legal environment, ideally Private Client. Legal experience and knowledge is essential.
Typical responsibilities:
- Managing the partner’s diary and appointments
- Liaising with clients on behalf of the partner, in person, via email, and by telephone
- Preparing legal documents in relation to wills, Powers of Attorney, executries and trusts
- Liaising with third parties and high net worth individuals
- Assisting with the billing process, drafting fee notes
- Ensuring general organisation and smooth running of matters
Key experience:
- Experience as a PA / Administrator from a legal environment
- Proactive with fantastic organisation and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Accustomed to liaising with VIPs and high net worth individuals
