*A starting salary of £11.50 per annum

*Monday to Friday, 8am till 17:00

The Role

As a Q.A. Receiver, you will ensure accurate processing of all products associated with incoming Purchase Orders and Surplus bids. Your responsibilities will also include:

*Evaluate and update pricing and descriptions for items with unknown list or market prices due to age or manufacturer discontinuation.

*This role involves frequent lifting and hands-on physical tasks.

*Manage daily receiving tasks, including:

*Review assigned Bids or Purchase Orders, noting any additional instructions.

*Verify merchandise conditions, quantities, and discrepancies.

*Accurately receive items into inventory, recording details such as serial numbers, firmware, and revision levels.

*Take clear, multi-angle photos with accurate weight and dimension measurements.

*Report completed Purchase Orders and Bids.

*May be required to complete training in other departments to fulfil the business needs., Other organisations may call this role Receiving Specialist, Quality Control Receiver, Quality Check Receiver, Inbound Q.A.

Being proficient using computers, and with a high level of accuracy, you will bring your previous inventory management skills to the position, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:

*GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent

*Preferably, some knowledge of industrial automation products

*Preferably, experience using bespoke stock control software
