The Role
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of sales. Working in a proactive and professional manner, you will respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other channels. You will:
- Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
- Verify inventory and fulfil orders when stock is available.
- Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
- Ensure all customer‑confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
- Ensure all non‑cancellable, non‑returnable orders are processed.
- Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
- Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
- Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
About You
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong computer proficiency (comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools).
- Confident, proactive, and target‑driven mindset.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of the sales cycle.
- Relevant degree (desirable).
