The Role

  • Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales
  • Verify inventory and fulfil orders when stock is available
  • Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online
  • Ensure all customer‑confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies
  • Ensure all non‑cancellable, non‑returnable orders are processed
  • Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional
  • Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
  • Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts

About You

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong computer proficiency (comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools)
  • Confident, proactive, and target‑driven mindset
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the sales cycle
  • Relevant degree (desirable)
