As EU Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, helping to shape how Radwell grows across the UK and Europe while strengthening your leadership profile in a visible regional role.
The Role
As EU Marketing Manager, you will act as the regional marketing lead for the UK and Europe, ensuring locally relevant marketing activity while maintaining a consistent global Enterprise/Radwell brand voice. You will:
- Partner with the VP, Brand Marketing & Communications to shape regional priorities and campaign direction
- Serve as the UK/EU marketing go‑to, aligning regional activity with global messaging and positioning
- Lead and develop one direct report (Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer)
- Collaborate with UK/EU leadership and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities and convert them into effective marketing plans
- Define target audiences, customer insights, messaging, channel mix, and customer journeys
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, social, digital advertising, and events
- Develop high‑quality marketing and sales enablement content (emails, landing pages, presentations, case studies, one‑pagers)
- Lead UK/EU trade shows and events, including promotion, lead capture, follow‑up, and reporting
- Manage localisation and translation requirements across multiple European markets
- Work within agreed spend targets, contributing to regional marketing investment and resource planning
- Track KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
About You
Being proficient at regional campaign execution, and with a strong grasp of B2B digital and content marketing, you will bring your previous EU or international marketing experience to the position, meaning the in‑depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
Essential experience and skills
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technology or industrial environment
- Experience translating business priorities into insight‑led marketing strategies
- Strong digital and content marketing expertise
- Ability to define KPIs, analyse campaign data, and optimise performance
- Experience partnering with Sales and senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain brand tone and quality
- End‑to‑end campaign and project management skills
- Experience leading or developing colleagues or direct reports
Desirable
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or web analytics tools
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (to effectively partner with a Graphic Designer)
- Additional European language skills (Radwell operates internationally)
- Experience managing localisation and translation across multiple markets
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
