The Role

As a Warehouse Operative – Cross Functional, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of warehouse duties.

Working as a valued team member, you will help maintain smooth operations while contributing to a well‑organised and safe working environment.

• Assist in all areas of the Inventory & Logistics department as needed, including maintaining cleanliness.
• Pick and prepare items according to order requirements for both internal and external customers from the small parts area.
• Maintain inventory & asset stock in the small parts area by conducting regular stock counts and checks.
• Record stock levels in warehouse management systems through cycle counts; primarily in the small parts area.
• Assist in stock rotation, consolidation and inventory movements where required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts.
• Unload deliveries and check them against purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Sort, label, and store incoming goods in designated areas.
• Prepare goods for invoicing, packing and shipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in preparing documentation is completed for shipment of goods.
• Safely load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Identify and report any potential safety issues or risks.

About You

Being proficient at working in a fast‑paced environment, you will bring your previous Warehouse experience, along with knowledge of working with ERP to the position, meaning the in‑depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience.

Furthermore, you will have

• A strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
• Good computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role or an environment where you developed transferable skills
• The ability to handle manual tasks, including frequent walking, kneeling, and reaching
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to challenges
