The Role
As Our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Sales. Working In a Proactive And Professional Manner, You Will Respond To Customer Inquiries To Radwell By Phone, Email Or Through Other Channels. In Addition, You Will Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales. Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available. Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online. Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies. Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed. Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional. Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means. Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details. Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
About You
With strong computer skills and inter-personal communication, the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong computer proficiency (Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools)
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the sales cycle
- Relevant degree (Desirable)
