The Role

As Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of customer service and sales. Working in a proactive and professional manner, you will respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other means. In addition, you will:

  • Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
  • Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
  • Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
  • Ensure all customer‑confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all non‑cancellable, non‑returnable orders are processed.
  • Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
  • Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
  • Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.

About You

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Understanding of the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target‑driven mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
