What will you do?
- Architect secure Agentic AI deployments and guide customers through solution design, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance in a geographically diverse landscape.
- Facilitate hands-on technical workshops, proof of concepts, and sensitive risk assessments for enterprise customers and partners.
- Support regional sales teams with deep technical expertise, client workshops, and tailored technical collateral to accelerate deal closure.
- Provide critical product insights based on frontline experience and assist in shaping Radware’s product and security strategy.
- Mentor and build technical capability within partner ecosystems and field teams.
What you need:
- 8+ years’ experience in cybersecurity or AI security architecture with substantial exposure to EMEA’s regulatory environments (GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI architecture, secure design principles, and risk management for AI-driven systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders across multi-cultural settings.
- Experienced in collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of technically complex solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA.
