As we continue to grow across the UK & Ireland, we are looking for a New Business Sales individual with a passion for technology and an appetite to learn. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in cloud or IT services sales, ready to take the next step in their career within a high-growth, high-impact cybersecurity environment.
The Role
In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities with the commercial business sector across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be supported by senior sales colleagues, pre-sales engineers, marketing, and Radware’s channel ecosystem, with the objective of generating qualified pipeline and closing deals for our cloud-native security solutions, including DDoS Protection, WAF, API Security, and Bot Management.
This is a high-activity, prospecting-focused role with clear development pathways into full territory and strategic account management.
Key Responsabilities
- Identify and engage net-new commercial prospects using outbound sales techniques, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and event follow-up.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and partner referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls and uncover key business challenges related to application and network security.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop tailored value propositions and proposals.
- Manage and update your pipeline within the company’s CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with Radware’s channel partners to co-develop opportunities.
- Learn and articulate the technical and business value of Radware’s solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for meetings booked, pipeline generation, and closed business.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably selling Cyber Security and Cloud services.
- Demonstrable success in prospecting and lead generation in a previous role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to speak and present to mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems.
- A keen interest in cybersecurity, cloud technology, and digital transformation.
- High level of self-motivation, coachability, and a desire to learn and grow within a technical sales environment.
- Located within the M4 corridor.
- Experience working with or through channel partners (VARs, distributors, MSPs).
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity or networking concepts (e.g., DDoS, WAF, API security).
- Exposure to sectors such as finance, retail, or the public sector.
