Radware seeks a skilled Architect Lead to drive adoption and revenue growth for its innovative Agentic AI Protection Solutions across EMEA. The Architect Lead will deliver secure, compliant, and scalable Agentic AI Security solutions in the diverse and regulated EMEA markets. Working in close partnership with the regional Sales Leader, you will lead technical engagements, design security architectures, and ensure Radware's solutions meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
- Architect secure Agentic AI deployments and guide customers through solution design, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance in a geographically diverse landscape.
- Facilitate hands-on technical workshops, proof of concepts, and sensitive risk assessments for enterprise customers and partners.
- Support regional sales teams with deep technical expertise, client workshops, and tailored technical collateral to accelerate deal closure.
- Provide critical product insights based on frontline experience and assist in shaping Radware's product and security strategy.
- Mentor and build technical capability within partner ecosystems and field teams.
What you need:
- 8 years' experience in cybersecurity or AI security architecture with substantial exposure to EMEA's regulatory environments (GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI architecture, secure design principles, and risk management for AI-driven systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders across multi-cultural settings.
- Experienced in collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of technically complex solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA.
