We are seeking a passionate, highly organised and detail-oriented US Partnership Administrator to support our Wholesale team at our London HQ. As Partnership Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring timely order processing, and effective communication. We pride ourselves on our ability to work as a team, upholding our company values and as such expect seamless collaboration. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our wholesale partners, and demonstrating excellent service standards that define our brand. You will be a brand ambassador at all times.
Key Responsibilities- G2M Management - samples management, showroom management, G2M Materials (DOP creation) Calendar and Appt support
- Order Processing - Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and ongoing maintenance of any amendments, keeping relevant stakeholders informed
- Support Partnership and Account Managers with Partner queries - imagery, samples, shipping updates, general admin
- Assist with all and any administrative tasks as required including but not limited to pulling data from systems
- Manage Product set up process with Partners, ensuring accurate and timely execution - covering imagery, pricing, product codes
- D2C Daily Order Management - liaising between logistics and Partner for timely deliveries
- Product enrichment and seasonal launch checks with Digital Partners
- Working cross-functionally to deliver on key performance indicators
