Each design is then responsibly made by our family-run manufacturing partners, in the expert hands of three generations of artisan craftspeople.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of goods being sold by Radley globally. A proven focus in the understanding of product line management. This means the end-to-end flow of product from Order to Ex. factory. Ensuring the highest standards from our factory partners, working closely with internal teams to ensure all our products are produced within the time required.
The individual will support the Supply Chain Manager with a controlled measurement of the production process, highlighting and advising on any issue arising to ensure problems are addressed and communicated at the earliest possible moment to all relevant stakeholders. This role requires a strong, independent thinker, capable of establishing clear relationships with suppliers to build trust and confidence. Ensuring information is always accurate and on time.
The job holder will be required to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the individual or the Company as a whole.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining and evaluating the production critical path from PO confirmation.
- Travel between London Head Office and our Milton Keynes Distribution Centre.
- Shared ownerships of the supplier manual in line with PD and QC.
- Communicating any perceived problems and advising potential solutions with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- PO amendments - updating in line with any business changes and supplier changes.
- Maintaining the PLM system to ensure all relevant information is correct and up to date in adjacent with supplier.
- Ensuring the relevant stakeholders are kept informed of any changes in a timely manner.
- Weekly Reporting to key stakeholders on top line production overview.
- Overseeing the timely booking of shipments with supplier to freight forwarder.
- An understanding of production time frame and restrictions in the process.
- Great relationship skills to be able to work with global partners.
- Time management to ensure data is updated and present in a real-time perspective.
- Communication: the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Microsoft 365 experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, BC).
- Experience of PLM systems.
